Bottom Creek is more than a brewery. It is a destination designed around craft beer, food, entertainment, recreation, and gathering, with expansive indoor and outdoor spaces that give guests plenty of reasons to stay and explore. OPA Design Studio brought its experience in brewery architecture, hospitality, and destination design to create a place where production and operations work alongside a much larger guest experience. The project demonstrates OPA’s ability to design Michigan brewery and hospitality destinations that turn a craft beverage business into a place people can spend an afternoon, an evening, or make part of the reason for the trip.

OPA Design Studio helped LeRoy and Lewis make the move from its celebrated Austin food truck into its first brick and mortar restaurant. The 4,500 square foot project brings together a full service barbecue restaurant, bar, dining, event, retail, takeout, and outdoor spaces, demonstrating how thoughtful Austin restaurant architecture can support an established brand as it grows into its next chapter.

Deadwords Brewing expanded OPA Design Studio’s brewery design experience into Florida, bringing our specialized knowledge of craft beverage production and hospitality architecture to Orlando. On Rotation Brewing brings craft beer production and neighborhood hospitality together in Dallas, Texas. Family Business Brewing brings together craft beer, hospitality, and the character of the Texas Hill Country in Dripping Springs. OPA Design Studio’s work on the project adds to our extensive experience designing breweries and destination driven hospitality spaces throughout Central Texas, including multiple craft beverage projects in the growing Dripping Springs market.

OPA Design Studio worked with St. Elmo Brewing Co. on its expansion into a second Austin location, translating an established brewery brand into a significantly larger production and hospitality space. The 15,000 square foot East Austin brewery increased production capacity while adding indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, reinforcing OPA’s experience helping successful brewery brands scale through architecture, production planning, and hospitality design.
