OPA works with people who care deeply about what they are creating and the experience surrounding it. Our clients include hospitality operators, restaurateurs, producers, craftspeople, and entrepreneurs who are building businesses around good ideas, hard work, and a desire to bring people together.
We approach these projects by looking at the whole business. How should the space operate when it is busy? What will make people comfortable enough to stay? How does the brand come through without feeling forced? Where can the making process become part of the experience? What needs to be flexible enough to change as the business grows?
